Capital One 360 - 11-year customer leaving
Buggy app. The latest update caused an issue that would setup payment with the wrong payee. I verified the behavior 3 times. Inadvertently made $1k payment to the wrong payee. Took them 17 days to tell me to pound sand. Now I've got a $850 dollar credit with my utility company and no reasonable way to get it back. The phone app sucks, they've destroyed the website (who in the *** adds numbers displayed horizontal 3 at a time), and they have the slowest payment times of all banks. Don't believe me, try sending money to PayPal, 6 business days typically. ING was a great bank, capital one, not so much. We are done, going to Ally.

Capital One 360 - Cannot navigate their webiste
What is happening with my money? The fact that you cannot navigate their website today 12/16/18 is inexcuseable. They have a lot of money for Pete's sake. They are not able to "go down" when we are trusting them with our funds.

Capital One 360 - Locked up $4k today after closing my account
Capital one 360 just froze my checling and savings account w $4k and I have to wait now for an investigator to be put on the account and then wait 45 days to see if investigator will give me my money. No notice. No explanation They have every penny I own now locked up. I have sent an email to my Atty.
