The new online platform makes it very difficult to manage finances! Online banking is suppose to be easy to navigate, functional, and allow for easy financial management.
The new platform lacks all this, Capital one chose to make the mandatory online platform pretty like an iPhone but is now less organized and harder to view your finances! Seriously considering closing my accounts as they have removed the functions that attracted me to the company in the first place.They should allow customers to chose which interface they prefer - not force some "new" interface that looks more geared toward mobile.
