I login and get the popup showing their having a snag, check back in a while, that's been going on now for a few days. I'm getting sick and tired also. No help from their customer service. to bad. I've always respected and liked Capital One.

Awful website changes | Capital One 360

Can you believe that they changed the website so you no longer can see a total of all your accounts. I have to add my savings and cds manually to know how much I have. Can you imagine getting a credit card statement with no total and you had to figure how much you owed? As my cds mature I moving them to another institution. Would never recommend putting your money here. Also, you can not email them with complaints. Stay away. Wtf

It’s TERRIBLE!! I was an ING Direct customer and have been totally disappointed in the years since CapitalOne bought them.

Used to be a very nimble, user friendly service. Now, I have issues with their interface every month. I think the changes to “Bill Pay” May be the final straw for me. I scheduled a payment to a payee that’s set up for eBill....now I can no longer view the bill.

Got to clicking around and realized that there’s no longer a way to see Bill History. Called customer service and had to spend 5 minutes navigating thru their automated service (which they didn’t used to have) in order to speak to someone. Seriously, in this day and age of apps, who actually calls the bank unless they actually need to speak to someone!?! Representative attempted to walk me thru screens on the website that don’t even exist!

I’m not pleased. Been a customer since 2009 and I am fed up!
